Rocky Mountain Spring Go Tournament

This is a one day tournament.

There will be two sections.  The top section is an NAIM (North American Masters) qualifier.
All players with an AGA rating of 3 dan or above are eligible to compete.
In order to earn masters points towards competing in the NAIM at the congress,
players must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  All games in this section 
are even games.

The remaining players will be in the main section.  There are no fixed rounds, 
so there is much less waiting for games.  Players will be paired as they 
are available.  These are handicap games, but an attempt will be made to pair 
as many even games as is practical.

AGA rules will be in effect, with 60 minutes per player in the top section,
and 45 minutes per player in the main section, plus five 30 second byo-yomi periods.

As there is no tournament fee, no food or beverages are provided.
There are numerous restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

To compete in the NAIM qualifier, players MUST preregister by Thursday, May 3.
All other players are strongly encouraged, but not required, to preregister.
